Great service! Great gel manicures and pedicures. All of the workers are super friendly! I have been getting gel manicures and pedicures here for 15 years. Always helpful when I call last minute to get an appointment and they fit me in. Check it out!
Passion nails does a great job. I've been going here for two years. Love that the gel polish lasts 3 weeks and who doesn't love a complementary chair massage?!
I have been going here for years for gel manicures and pedicures. Annie does a great job!
These nails are bumpy, lack shine and have a weird shape to them( not even file straight). I have acrylic still around the nail on my skin and when she was trying to remove it I finally just said I will deal with it because she took skin off. The one woman is so rude and would assume she owns the place, if not she should be fired. A few of the nails are still tacky and lack shine and I paid $40 still and tipped because I'm not rude. I know I won't be able to keep these on and I would love my money back because then I would go to someone who will do a good job, but I won't step in that store ever again. I was in/out in 30 mins I've never felt so stressed during a service. Rough, rushed and awful outcome.
I just had one of the worst manicure experiences I’ve ever had here. I came in for a French manicure, and from the start it was clear the tech didn’t know how to do it properly. Instead of using a thin brush for the French tips, she used a thick one, creating a chunky, uneven line. When I corrected her, she tried to fix it, but the result was still extremely sloppy and uneven. The shaping of my nails was also completely off and sloppy. After realizing the French was not going to look right, I asked her to remove it and do a basic nude instead. She didn’t clean the nails properly, and now you can still see the black polish she originally applied showing through underneath. It looks terrible. I spent two hours in the salon only to walk out with nails I need to get fixed somewhere else tomorrow and I was still charged $45 for this. Extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the time or money. I won’t be returning.
